Well lots of car stuff to cover this month, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it to any events so I'm relaying on other members to help me out here. I was planning on going to the Greaserama but the Olds had other plans; more about that later.

James, Sonny, and Steve had a kick at the HAMB Drags; killed lots of brain cells. There were tons of neat cars and trucks, Steve was right this is a must go event. Visit the link above and you can get a bunch of ideas from these people. They worked on Steve's 39 Ford and tuned from the high sixteens to the mid fifteens.

The car drove great, someone looking for a good car to finish this is it- contact Steve; he is expecting a new baby (32 Ford). The people at MoKan Race Way put on a good show; kinda run what you brung.

Quarter mile strip with lots of shut down room, eye-candy abundant both split tail and cars. The party at the Ramada was a hoot; the Vegabonds hospitality was great. A club out of South Dakota cooked up a feast...and speaking of cooking keep an eye on Allen if he's cooking. Brats were a little crunchy, well hella crunchy (sorry Allen).

By the way, James says if you want to go anywhere with Sonny and you want to leave early you might want to give him a wake up call or maybe a cattle prod. Sonny got a nice grill for his truck and James found a pair of lamps for the A project.

The Olds is going to get a new drivetrain since after an hour of driving it won't shift into fourth gear. I hoping I can scrounge a few sheckels and get Mikey's 455 and turbo 400 setup.
